How it works

Complete the on-page form or call our team today

You will be asked to provide details of your luxury car, watch or jewellery. At no point will our team do any credit checks. Based on your information, we will provide a provisional quote for a loan against your asset.

Receive a provisional quote

With the information you have given us, we will calculate the value and send you a competitive quote.

Arrange delivery

Depending on the type of item you’re pawning, we can suggest the best ways to deliver it to us. Once received, it will undergo a physical valuation to establish its value. Our provisional offer is subject to condition, so if it isn’t as described, the final offer could differ.

Receive your final offer

We will always provide the largest possible cash loan based on the real-life condition of your asset. Along with our offer, you will receive a breakdown of how much interest you will need to pay and the monthly repayments that will be required.

Accepting our offer

When you accept our offer, we must verify your identity and address. We will require a minimum of three documents: passport or driving licence, recent utility bill or bank statement and any documentation relevant to the item used for security – this would include things like a V5 logbook, car paperwork or receipts for watches & jewellery.

Receiving your money

Once the paperwork is confirmed, you will sign a loan agreement before receiving your money. You will also be issued a pawn receipt, which you must keep until your loan has been repaid in full.

Repaying your loan

Repay your loan within the agreed term and your car, watch or jewellery will be returned. If you’re unable to pay the interest or the loan at the end of the contract, your asset will be sold where the proceeds of the sale will be used to satisfy the outstanding balance. Any surplus will be returned to you, you will not be liable for any deficit.
